Wildlife Tourism In India,Bori Wildlife Sanctuary



Bori Wildlife Sanctuary is  lies on the Southern slopes of the Satpura range in the Hoshangabad district of the state of Madhya Pradesh. It Is 125 kms. from Bhopal.The park is located among the mixed deciduous and bamboo forests.The North & East boundary of Bori sanctuary is marked by the Satpura National Park and Western boundary of sanctuary is outlined by Tawa river.
The Animals

Since the place is a prominent tourist spots, there are many forest bungalows and guesthouses, which serve as lodging for the tourists. The variety of safaris and the nature walks enable the tourists to experience the natural beauty of the jungle to the fullest extent.
The main attraction of the Bori Wildlife Sanctuary is the tiger.The sanctuary has got abundance of wildlife  Leopard, Bison, Sambar, Cheetal, Barking Deer, Chinkara, Giant Squirrel (Ratufa indica), Indian Wild Dog, Striped Hyaena,Jackal,Jungle Cat, Indian Fox, Muntjac, Chevrotain, Nilgai, Four - horned Antelope, Chinkara & Gaur.
Tree Species
The species of trees, which are mainly found here, are Anogeissus latifolia, Tectonia grandis, Terminalia sp, Adina cordifolia, Aegle marmelos, Mitragyna parvifolia, Manikara hexandra, Ficus sp., Lagerstroemia parviflora, Chloroxylum swietenia, Buchanania lanzan, Soymida febrifuga, Cassia fistula, Pongamia pinnata, Dalbergia sissoo, Dispyros melanoxlyon, Syzygium cumin and Grewia tiliaefolia.
Best Time To Visit
Months of January to June.
How To Get There
 By Air
The nearest major airport is situated in the city of Bhopal and this is a reasonably well connected place. It has frequent connections from cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Raipur and Ahmadabad. Three main operators offer services from these cities to the airport. Taxis are available at the airport and they charger around Rs 1000 for the trip. The drive time from Bhopal to Itarsi is less than 1.5 hours.

By Train

Trains are affordable and extremely comfortable as well. Second class ticket rates from Delhi to Itarsi cost around Rs 330. Auto rickshaws are available from the station to the town.

Malampuzha is in the state of Kerala in the Palakkad district. It is located on the foothills of the Western Ghats and has a tremendous amount of dense, green foliage to enjoy. In fact, everywhere that you look, beautiful green foliage is there. This foliage creates a serene and almost surreal experience for all that go there.

The Malampuzha Gardens is also referred to as the Vrindavan of Kerala. The combination Western Ghats with the tranquil water of the reservoir created by Malampuzha Dam makes for one fascinating location. The garden has numerous green lawns, impressive flower beds, gorgeous pools, and relaxing fountains. The garden offers pedal-boat rides on an artificial canal. This endeavor is a great way to see the garden and also an excellent way to exercise. There are several rest spots scattered throughout the garden. Some of these spots are covered whereas others are left in the open.

Snake Park
Snake Park
Located in the same area as Malampuzha Dam and Malampuzha Gardens, is the Snake Park. This park is ultimately a snake rescue and rehabilitation center. It is a safe place for snakes to get help if they have been found out in nature injured. Likewise it is a safe place for humans to see with their own eyes a variety of snakes. Because of how these snakes are housed and handled, there is no danger to those that want to observe these cold-blooded reptiles. There is nothing amateur about this park, as it is managed by the Forests Department. Several different varieties of snakes, both poisonous and non-poisonous can be found at the snake park at any given time.

Thread Garden
The thread garden is an extremely unusual garden to visit. This garden contains flowers and plants, but remarkably these flowers and plants are not real Not only are they fake, but they are made of thread. These thread flowers and plants are not even created using a machine or even a needle. These intricately made flowers and plants are all created by being woven by hand. Even more remarkable is that there are not just a few of these flowers on display. There is an entire flower garden made of thread to meander through. This exploring experience is awe inspiring as one ponders the time and effort that went into creating such a magnificent sight.

Araku valley is a small and pristine hill station that is located near the city of Vishakhapatnam in the State of Andhra Pradesh.The hill station is known for its relatively untouched beauty and the surroundings are green and lush. Driving through picturesque coffee plantations the road to Anantagiri with its ups and downs on the Ghat route is literally enveloped with mango groves, waterfalls that gush and flow into the ravines. The Eastern Ghats rail route on this stretch is one of the highest broad gauge tracks in the world.
Borra Caves

Borra is an agency village lying in the Ananthagiri hills in the southeast corner of Srungavarapukota Taluk at a distance of about 43-km from Srungavarapukota.The Borra caves, located 29 km from Araku Valley, are a nearby tourist attraction. Deep in the caves there is a Shivalingam over which there is an idol of a cow Kamdhenu and the river Gosthani takes its origin from the udder of this cow. The mercury and halogen lamps lit inside make the interior of the caves colourful and spectacular.

Visakha Utsav is organised by A.P. Tourism every year from the third Friday to Sunday of January i.e. for three days in Vishakhapatnam. It's the festival special for 'Vizagites', in the cold month of January.

Best time to travel to Araku Valley is October to February.

There are number of cottages, R & B guesthouse and A.P Tourism''s Mayuri complex. If you want to enjoy tribal life then there are some cottages available designed in the ethnic tribal style with attached toilet at reasonable fares.

The nearest airport is Vishakhapatnam.   
By Train
There are two railway stations that are located in the Araku Valley. They are located on the East Coast line from Vishakhapatnam and they are a good option. 
By Bus
Buses are available from Vishakhapatnam to Araku Valley and they are a good option. Private bus operatoRs charge around Rs 300 for non A/C buses.

Bakkhali Beach In West Bengal,Beaches In India

Bakkhali is a small beach town that is situated in the state of West Bengal. The place is known for its long stretches of empty and clean beaches. The beach extends for a length of around seven kilometers and it is a secluded tourist destination. The beach is generally empty and devoid of tourists, except during the peak tourist season. The hard sands of the beach are ideal for walking and cycling. It is also possible to drive along the shore. The entire length of the beach is lined with casuarinas trees.
